Contraindications For Approval to Receive Treatment

• Diagnosis of any of the following will result in a denial for treatment:

Congestive Heart Failure, Pulmonary Edema, COPD, Emphysema, Liver Failure, Renal Failure, Chronic Kidney Disease, Anasarca, Ascites, Tachyarrhythmia, Active Chest pain, Shortness of Breath, Acute Status Change, Allergy to Cobalt. Allergy to Corn (Vitamin C), Allergy to Sulfa (Not a strict contraindication: Administer Glutathione with care due to detox sensitivity), Pregnancy beyond week 13 of gestation.
