FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q: How do I book my first appointment?

A: It's easy! Call or text us at 513-816-1403 to schedule, or email retreatmobileiv@gmail.com. Our team will help you find a time that works for your schedule. We're available 7 days a week, typically 9am–6pm.

Q: What is the Good Faith Exam?

A: The Good Faith Exam is a brief virtual consultation with our collaborating physician. Its required before your first treatment to ensure our services are safe and appropriate for you. The consultation covers your medical history, current medications, and any health concerns.

Q: How much is the Good Faith Exam?

A: The Good Faith Exam is $39 (or $20 for Military/Veterans/First Responders). Payment is collected when you come in for your first service - no upfront payment is required.

Q: How long is the Good Faith Exam valid?

A: The Good Faith Exam is valid for one year from completion. After that, you'll need to complete a new exam before your next visit. If you experience any major health changes, you'll need to complete a new good faith exam before your next appointment.

Q: Can I complete the Good Faith Exam online ahead of time?

A: Yes! We encourage you to complete it before your appointment for a faster visit. You can do it from home on your phone, tablet, or computer. Alternatively, you can complete it onsite using our provided tablets.

Q: What information do I need to provide for the Good Faith Exam?

A: To complete your good faith exam, have the following ready:

✅Your medical history (previous conditions, surgeries,                       hospitalizations)

    ✅Current medications and dosages

    ✅Any known allergies

    ✅Current health concerns or symptoms

✅Your medication list handy for reference

Then you’ll speak with our collaborating physician to review your health history and ensure our services are appropriate for you.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept cash, credit cards, and HSA/FSA cards through Square. There's a 3% processing fee for card payments. We do not accept insurance at this time.

Q: Do you offer discounts for new clients?

A: Yes! New clients receive 25% off their first infusion, or if you're only getting an IM shot add-on on your first visit, it's free. Military, veterans, and first responders receive special pricing ($20 telehealth exam instead of $39), 30% off every treatment with valid ID, plus a free IM shot on first visit if it's standalone.

Q: Can I get a refund if I'm denied for treatment?

A: In rare cases, certain medical conditions may make our services inappropriate. If you're not approved, you won't be charged for the good faith exam. We recommend you speak with your primary care physician about alternatives.
