Q: What membership options do you offer?

A: We offer memberships across five categories: Functional Health Infusions, Standard/Recovery & Symptom Infusions, Premium Infusions + Myers' Cocktail, Niagen+ Infusions, and Sermorelin (SubQ peptide therapy). Q: How do memberships work?

A: Memberships are flexible month-to-month plans:

  • ✅ Choose your membership tier and protocol (frequency varies by category—infusions are 1, 2, or 4 per month; Sermorelin is 2× or 3× weekly)

  • ✅ Your membership renews automatically each month on your billing date

  • ✅ You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime

  • ✅ No lock-in period or penalties

Q: What are the benefits of a membership?

A: All memberships include:

  • ✅ One free birthday add-on per year (up to $40 value)

  • ✅ $10 off all add-ons and IM/SubQ injections

  • ✅ $20 off additional infusions beyond your monthly allotment

  • ✅ Significant savings compared to pay-per-visit pricing

Q: How much do memberships cost?

A: Membership pricing varies by category and tier. Functional Health memberships start at $135/month. Standard/Recovery & Symptom memberships start at $145/month. Q: Can I change my membership tier?

A: Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your membership anytime. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle. Simply contact us at 513-816-1403 to make changes.

Q: What if I don't use all my infusions in a month?

A: Memberships are use-it-or-lose-it. Unused infusions do not roll over to the next month. However, you can schedule infusions in advance to ensure you use them before your billing date.

Q: Can I pause my membership?

A: Yes. You can pause or cancel your membership anytime with no penalties or fees. To avoid being charged for the next month, you must pause or cancel before your next billing date. Simply contact us at 513-816-1403.

Q: Are there refunds for unused services?

A: No. Memberships are non-refundable. No refunds are issued for unused infusions or services. If you need to cancel, contact us before your next billing date to avoid being charged.

Q: Do I need an annual telehealth consultation to maintain my membership?

A: Yes. All members must complete an annual Good Faith Telehealth Consultation with a licensed medical provider through Guardian Medical Direction to maintain membership eligibility. This ensures your treatment plan remains safe and appropriate for your health status.

Q: Can I combine membership discounts with other offers?

A: Only one discount per transaction applies. Membership discounts ($10 off add-ons, $20 off additional infusions) cannot be combined with promotional discounts.

Q: What payment methods do you accept for memberships?

A: Memberships are auto-billed through Square, so we accept credit cards and HSA/FSA cards only. There's a 3% processing fee for card payments. We do not accept cash for membership payments.

Q: Is there a contract or commitment required?

A: No. Memberships are month-to-month with no contract. You can cancel anytime with no penalties or fees.

Q: How do I get my birthday add-on?

A: Your birthday add-on ($40 value) is automatically available during your birthday month. Simply contact us at 513-816-1403 to schedule it. The add-on must be used during your birthday month.

Q: Can I use my membership for different infusion types?

A: Membership usage depends on your category:

  • ✅ Each membership is specific to its category (Functional Health, Standard/Recovery, Premium, Niagen+, or Sermorelin)

  • ✅ You can only use your membership infusions within that category

  • ✅ You can use your included $20 discount on additional infusions from any category beyond your monthly allotment
